Fulfilling Your New Year's Resolutions
  Tffany's Tip of the Month
What's your New Year Resolution this year? Many of us start the new year with good intentions that fade almost as quickly as we make them.

If you truly want these resolutions to stick, here's some guidelines that will help:

    1) Understand why you made the resolution in the first place. What is your motivation? If you choose a resolution because you always do or feel it's expected of you, then chances are you won't be successful.

    2) Be very clear on what you want to accomplish with your resolution. If your goal is to lose weight, think about the results, then put a step by step plan in place to achieve those results and execute your plan.

    3) Use the SMART model (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-Based) to define your resolution, then write it down. You have a 1000 times better chance of it coming true, if you record it on paper.

For more information on setting and accomplishing your goals, contact us for a workshop on this topic. Happy New Year!

Project Management Training Increases Effectiveness
  GenerationE Boasts Benefits

Achievement Consulting & Training evaluates every workshop for results. When we asked participants at GenerationE Technologies what they liked best about our Essential Project Management workshop they said:

"The review of different tools to help address issues or problems while working with clients and improving internal processes."

"Session exercises and process template recommendations."

"Relevant topics and discussion."

"Many different ideas were presented to change and enhance current ways. I believe many ideas will serve to produce effective management. Thanks!"

If you're interested in learning more about how to save time and money while delivering a project that delights your customers, please contact Tiffany Dahlberg at 720-373-2601 or attend our Essential Project Management workshop on February 2.
