Tip
of the Month
One of the biggest challenges when trying to manage projects is handling
the changes that clients request. These changes can make or break your
budget, schedule, scope, quality, risk, and customer satisfaction. Therefore,
it is critical to develop a change request system.
When planning how changes will be handled, first determine who will be able to submit changes and when. Second, identify how changes will be submitted, tracked, and evaluated. Last, communicate this system to your clients. Having a change request system will allow you and your clients to process changes efficiently and effectively. |
