wants to be a member of a high performing team. These teams win Super
bowls, summit Mt. Everest, and overcome impossible odds. How do we
create a high performance team?
Take a high
performance team assessment to identify your team's strengths
and opportunities for improvement. Ask team members to assess the
team as well. Compare scores. With your team, identify which actions
will contribute to a high performance team, then assign responsibilities
and a deadline. Assess your progress every 30 days until you achieve
your goals. Aim high!
