Tip
of the Month
The word, "project", tends to be overused these days. How do you know
if your "Project" is really a project or a process? A project meets
these criteria:
1. Temporary 2. Unique 3. Progressively complex If your project is a routine task, then it is probably a process. It's important to understand these differences, so that you may put the correct systems in place to manage your work effectively and efficiently. |
